1. Find PAN Service Live Now Name & Mobile Number through Find PAN

All From 01 April 2026, if PAN application DOB Proof have been revised.

1. Birth certificate.
2. Voter Card Card.
3. SSLC School Certificate.
4. Driving License.
5. Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages.
6. Indian Passport.
7. Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth.
8. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
